Recruitment

We are very excited to be recruiting the initial team who will be the founding staff of the school. For September 2027, we will be looking to recruit a range of teaching and support roles for the school. 

Founding Staff

Becoming a founding member of staff of a new school is a career-defining moment for many people. In the first few years of a new school, staff have to be flexible and willing to take on different roles, but this is also an incredible opportunity to shape a school and quickly build expertise across a range of areas of school life. We are therefore looking for a team who are open minded, constructively critical and willing to roll their sleeves up to ensure that we make a school of which the community can be proud. 

Full-Time and Part-Time Roles

We are happy to hear from potential staff who are interested in full-time and part-time roles. 

Applications

Applications for roles are likely to begin from December 2026 with interview days scheduled in the Spring Term of 2027. If you would like to receive updates about our roles, then please complete the following 'Talent Bank' form and we will be in touch when applications are open.

For September 2027, we are likely to be recruiting for the following roles. 

Leadership 

  • SENCO

  • Subject leaders in core subjects

Teachers

  • Teachers of core National Curriculum subjects

  • Teachers who can offer more than one subject are particularly encouraged to apply

Support Staff

  • PA to the Principal

  • Site manager

  • Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

  • School Librarian

  • Pastoral support
